Sumalatha was five years old when the school took her in for free education. Her grand mother, unable to take care of the orphaned grand child, had handed her over to the Juvenile Home in Tumkur, which is run by the Government of Karnataka.
She turned out to be a brilliant learner at the school.
Now she is in Class 9 at our High School. Free education is still continued for her.
But …what next after Class 10!
The School Management, after a talk with her, has understood her intense desire to go for University Education!
With a lot of hope for Sumalatha, we keep our begging bowl in front of the big hearted people!
Please contact the school if you or your friends feel inclined to sponsor her PUC and University Education.
(Her PUC is still two years away!)
If you need to be inspired, please read on!
Another child Swathi, also from the Juvenile Home, is in Class 10 now. Two years ago a Delhi based family took over all her educational and personal expenses!
Swathi is looking forward to enjoying a bright future!
